This historic building is known as the Abraham Rittenhouse Home and was built in 1720, making it among the oldest buildings in the Philadelphia area. It is part of Historic RittenhouseTown, a National Historic Landmark, formally an 18th century industrial village which was the site of America's first paper mill. The site adjoins Fairmount Park miles of hiking and biking trails. Imagine having your office right here in a lovely building surrounded by history and nature, minutes from center city, Philadelphia. (see: rittenhousetown. org) The house is being offered for use as 1,200 sf of office space. The first floor consists of three office rooms with wood floors, a gallery, and an ADA bathroom; the second floor has an office with a fireplace and an adjoining pantry area. The open front porch can be used for meetings in the fresh air.
